Our story
Two cousins, one drinks cart.
GULI is run by two cousins from Cardiff — and it started in 2023, when Faheem began pressing fresh ginger shots for Khalid's wife through a difficult pregnancy. They tasted so good we sold them that Ramadan to help people fasting, and sold out in two days.
Thousands of shots and one big pivot later, we came back as a mocktail and matcha cart. These days we pour at weddings, birthdays, festivals and melas across Cardiff and South Wales — everything made fresh in front of you, and nothing goes in the cup that we wouldn't drink ourselves.

Do you hire out mocktail carts for weddings in Cardiff?
Yes — our mocktail cart (mobile bar) at weddings is our favourite booking. We're a Cardiff-based mocktail and matcha company pouring our four signature drinks (Ocean Breeze, Tropical Sunrise, Ruby Sunset and Mango Mayhem) at weddings across Cardiff and South Wales, with a menu we can tailor to your day.
Can we book a matcha cart or mocktail bar for a birthday party?
Absolutely. Our matcha cart and mocktail bar are a hit at birthday parties, hen dos, baby showers and garden parties — strawberry, blueberry and vanilla matcha whisked over ice and finished with cold foam, whipped cream or banana pudding, alongside the signature mocktails.
What kinds of events do you cover?
Weddings, birthdays and private parties, festivals, street food markets and corporate events of every size. We bring the full mobile bar / cart, friendly service and everything we need to pour all day.
Which areas of South Wales do you travel to?
We're based in Cardiff and cover all of South Wales, United Kingdom — Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Bridgend, the Vale of Glamorgan, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, the Valleys and everywhere in between. Planning something further out? Ask anyway; we travel for the right event.
Are the drinks all alcohol-free?
Yes — everything we pour is non-alcoholic. Signature mocktails, iced matcha, cold brew coffee and fresh lemonade: all the good stuff, no hangover, and everyone from kids to grandparents can join the queue.
Do you serve coffee too?
Yes — we also pour smooth, slow-steeped cold brew coffee alongside the mocktails and matcha. It's a lovely all-day option next to the sweeter drinks, served black over ice or topped with milk.
How much does it cost to hire the GULI cart?
It depends on your guest numbers, location and how long you need us, so we price each event individually. Send us the date, place and rough headcount through the enquiry form and we’ll come back with a clear quote.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better for weddings and peak summer dates, which book up first, but it is always worth asking about shorter notice — we do our best to fit events in. Send your date and we’ll confirm availability, usually within a day.
