A bar is the centre of gravity at a work event — it’s where people who don’t normally speak end up talking. The problem is what a company-funded open bar can turn into, and the fact that a chunk of your team quietly opts out of the whole thing.
GULI gives you the first part without the second. Every drink is non-alcoholic and built fresh at the cart, so nobody has to explain why they’re not drinking, nobody is stuck with a warm orange juice, and nothing happens at 11pm that HR hears about on Monday.

Do you do corporate events and office parties?
Yes — summer parties, Christmas parties, product launches, away-days, wellbeing weeks, open days and client events. The cart works indoors or out and gives people something to gather around that isn’t a licensed bar.
Why book an alcohol-free bar for a work event?
Two reasons we hear a lot: it’s genuinely inclusive — nobody has to explain why they’re not drinking — and it removes the risk that comes with a company-funded open bar. You still get the social centre of gravity a bar provides, without any of the aftermath.
How much space and power does the cart need?
Tell us the room or the pitch and we’ll confirm exactly what we need before the day. We’re used to fitting into offices, atriums, marquees and exhibition stands, and we bring everything else with us.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes — we’ll invoice your company directly with your PO or cost-centre reference on it, and we can supply our food hygiene certificate and insurance details for your supplier onboarding.
Can you brand the cart for our event?
Talk to us. We can usually work your branding into the setup and the signage, and we’re happy to name a drink after the launch, the team or the campaign — it goes down well and it photographs well.
How much does a corporate drinks cart cost?
Packages start at £399. Price depends on headcount, location and how long you need us pouring — send those over and we’ll send a quote back, usually within a day.
How far in advance do we need to book?
For December and the summer party season, as early as you can — those weeks fill first. Outside those, a few weeks is usually plenty, and it’s always worth asking about short notice.
