Mango and passionfruit lemonade with a tropical syrup, Rubicon mango and freshly crushed lime and mint over fresh ice. Unapologetically sweet and seriously juicy — the loudest drink on the menu, in colour and in flavour.

We don't skimp on the good stuff — a full 2g of ceremonial-grade matcha in every cup, layered over milk and our homemade fruit jams.

The crowd favourite. Our homemade strawberry jam at the bottom, creamy milk in the middle and ceremonial-grade matcha on top — pink, green and usually gone in minutes.

Milk of your choice

Dairy-free, sorted.

Every matcha can be made with oat, almond or coconut milk at no extra cost — just tell us roughly how many guests will want it and we'll bring plenty. The mocktails, cold brew and lemonade are dairy-free as standard, and everything on the cart is vegetarian and alcohol-free.

    Whole or semi-skimmed

    The house pour — creamy enough to hold its own against ceremonial matcha.

    Oat

    Our most-asked-for alternative, and the closest to dairy for texture — it foams beautifully and keeps the matcha layer clean.

    Almond

    Light and nutty, and a good match for the vanilla matcha in particular.

    Coconut

    Rich and slightly sweet — the one to pick if you want the strawberry matcha to taste like dessert.
